The credit card brands that can be used are VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and JCB. Payments are limited to one transaction.
Regarding the suspension or change of scheduled services
If you wish to cancel or change your subscription, please complete the procedure on your My Page at least three days before your next scheduled payment date.
Furthermore, you can carry out the following procedures on your convenient My Page.
- Change delivery date for regular delivery
- Regular service suspension
- Change payment method
- Changes to member information such as delivery address
About Shipping

Once your order has been shipped, we will send a "Shipping Completion Email" to the email address you provided when placing your order. Please check the contents.
We will ship within 3 business days after receiving payment.
If you do not receive a "Shipping Completion Email" after 5 business days, please contact us.
Please note that delivery delays may occur if road traffic is disrupted due to factors such as heavy traffic during long holidays or bad weather.
