A fee of 1,000 yen per request will be charged for disclosure.

If disclosure may significantly hinder the proper execution of the Company's business.
If disclosure would violate other laws.

Notwithstanding the above, the Company will not disclose non-personal information such as history or characteristic information.

Article 7 (Correction and Deletion of Personal Information)
If a user's personal information held by the Company is incorrect, the user may request the Company to correct, add, or delete (hereinafter referred to as "correction, etc.") the information through the Company's designated procedures.
If the Company deems it necessary to comply with the request, it will promptly correct the personal information.
The Company will notify the user without delay after making corrections or deciding not to make corrections.

Article 8 (Suspension of Use of Personal Information)
If a user requests the suspension or deletion (hereinafter referred to as "suspension of use, etc.") of personal information on the grounds that it is being handled beyond the scope of the purpose of use or was obtained unlawfully, the Company will promptly conduct the necessary investigation.
If the Company deems it necessary to comply with the request based on the investigation, it will promptly suspend the use of the personal information.
The Company will notify the user without delay after suspending use or deciding not to suspend use.
Notwithstanding the above, if suspension of use incurs significant costs or is otherwise difficult, the Company will take alternative measures necessary to protect the user's rights and interests.

Article 9 (Changes to the Privacy Policy)
The contents of this Policy may be changed without notifying users, except as otherwise provided by law or this Policy.
Unless otherwise specified by the Company, the revised Privacy Policy will take effect when posted on this website.
