Delivery Time In principle, orders will be prepared for shipment within 3 business days after the order is placed. However, delays may occur due to weather conditions, production, or inventory status.

Delivery Method Ordered products will be delivered via Yamato Transport or Sagawa Express.
Returns, Defective Products, and Cancellations Returns or exchanges for reasons other than product defects or incorrect delivery (including reasons related to customer convenience) are not accepted.
In the case of defective products or incorrect delivery, please contact us via the inquiry form within 7 days of receiving the product.

 

Return and Refund Policy

Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges based on customer preferences. Please understand this in advance.

Regarding Returns

While we strive to ensure the quality of our products, if the delivered product is different from what was ordered, or if there is any damage or defect, please contact us via email within 7 days of receiving the product. We will only accept returns or provide refunds if the product is returned using the method we specify.

If the product is returned without prior contact or if the product is returned undelivered, we may not be able to process a refund. In such cases, please contact us via email to explain the situation.

Returns, refunds, or exchanges after product delivery are only accepted under the following conditions (collectively referred to as "non-conformity with the contract") and only if you contact us via the inquiry form within 7 days of delivery:

  • Damage during delivery

  • Quality issues with the delivered product compared to standard products

  • Incorrect quantity

  • Incorrect product

  • Other cases separately acknowledged by our company

However, we cannot accept returns or any other claims under the following circumstances, even if there is a defect:

  • If the defect is not reported within 7 days of delivery

  • Returns from someone other than the person who placed the order

  • Reasons such as the color or shape of the product not matching expectations

  • Products that have been opened or used (unless there is an issue with the product contents)

  • Other cases where we determine that we cannot accommodate the request

Once we receive the returned product and confirm the above conditions, we will proceed with the refund process.

For Credit Card Payments

Refunds will be processed through the credit card company used at the time of purchase. Depending on the credit card company's billing cycle, the refund may be reflected in the next month or the month after.
