Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") establish the conditions for using the online shop (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") provided by IROA Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") on this website. Registered users (hereinafter referred to as "Users") shall use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
Article 1 (Application)
These Terms shall apply to all relationships between Users and the Company regarding the use of the Service.
The Company may establish additional rules, guidelines, or other provisions (hereinafter referred to as "Individual Provisions") related to the use of the Service. These Individual Provisions, regardless of their name, shall constitute part of these Terms.

Article 3 (Management of User ID and Password)
Users are responsible for managing their User ID and password for the Service.
Users must not transfer, lend, or share their User ID and password with third parties under any circumstances. The Company will consider any login using the correct combination of User ID and password as use by the registered User.
The Company shall not be liable for any damage caused by the use of a User ID and password by a third party, except in cases of the Company's intentional or gross negligence.
Article 4 (Sales Contract)
A sales contract is formed when a User submits a purchase order to the Company and the Company notifies the User of its acceptance. Ownership of the product transfers to the User when the product is handed over to the delivery carrier.
The Company may cancel the sales contract without prior notice if the User falls under any of the following circumstances:

Violation of these Terms.

Inability to deliver the product due to an unknown address or prolonged absence.

Damage to the trust relationship between the Company and the User.

Payment methods, delivery methods, cancellation procedures, and return methods are specified separately by the Company.
Article 5 (Intellectual Property Rights)
The copyrights and other intellectual property rights for product photos and other content (hereinafter referred to as "Content") provided through the Service belong to the Company or the rightful content providers. Users may not reproduce, reprint, modify, or otherwise use the Content without permission.
Article 6 (Prohibited Actions)
Users must not engage in the following actions when using the Service:

These Terms are governed by Japanese law. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply. Disputes shall be resolved in the court with jurisdiction over the Company's headquarters.
